Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be obsessed with your look, so if your order isn't 100% iconic, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
